Senior Claims Executive & Ukrainian PEME Clinics Coordinator

Elena is a Senior Claims Executive at DIMAR CONSULTING GROUP with over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Philology and Education from Odessa National University (2001) and began her career at a legal firm specializing in international maritime law, first as a translator and later as a Legal Assistant. In 2003, she transferred to a listed Ukrainian P&I Correspondent company, where she was promoted to Claims Executive position. In the summer of 2025, Elena joined DIMAR CONSULTING GROUP.

She brings particular expertise in handling personal injury and crew matters, as well as reviewing crew contracts. In addition, Elena coordinates the P&I Clubs’ enhanced PEME Program (Pre-Employment Medical Examination of seafarers) and manages cooperation with accredited medical facilities across Ukraine, helping shipowners and seafarers navigate complex medical and contractual issues with confidence.
