Artyom Nanev
Managing Director, P&IQ
A co-founder and Managing Director of DIMAR CONSULTING GROUP, Artyom has built his career in the P&I industry over two decades. A graduate of Odessa National Maritime University with a specialist degree in law (2006), he later strengthened his expertise through international professional training, including the North of England P&I Club Residential Training Course (2008, completed with distinction) and ongoing participation in the International Group’s P&I Qualification Program (P&IQ: The Shipping Business; P&I Insurance: History, Operation and Practice; Underwriting, Loss Prevention and Claims Handling; and People Risks).
Artyom worked at a Ukrainian P&I Correspondent company from 2005 to 2025, having advanced from Junior Claims Executive to Director. During this time, he gained extensive experience in handling all types of P&I and H&M cases, conducting incident investigations, negotiating claims, coordinating maritime and cargo surveys, consulting on local laws and regulations, and assisting clients with loss prevention strategies. In 2025 Artyom co-founded DIMAR CONSULTING GROUP. Today, as Managing Director, he guides the company’s development while combining deep legal knowledge and practical claims-handling expertise with a strong commitment to reliable and client-focused service.
