Senior Claims Executive

Natalia is a Senior Claims Executive at DIMAR CONSULTING GROUP. She began her career after graduating with distinction from Odessa National Maritime University in 1992, earning a degree in Economics and Management of Marine Transport.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the maritime industry, she has developed extensive expertise in handling personal injury, loss of life, and other crew-related matters. For many years, Natalia worked as an Insurance Officer at one of the largest Ukrainian crew manning agencies, part of an international ship management group.

In 2019, she joined a Ukrainian P&I correspondent company as a Claims Executive, where she broadened her expertise to include cargo claims, incident investigations, claims negotiations, and coordination of maritime and cargo surveys. In 2021, she successfully completed the Skuld P&I Insurance courses.
